We manufacture and export 40 mm All Geared Autofeed Radial Drill Machine (R40 AA) that are widely used in various industries and are engineered to perfection by our adept professionals. The long columns offered inthis machine gives maximum distance spindle nose to base up to 1150mm.This drill machines is having 0.05 0.09 mm/rev of spindle autofeed range.

• These drill machines consist of Oil bath Gear Box, Autofeed gear box and other accessories.
• The Oil bath Gear Box has 9 speed with all 9 gears that are hardened with EN-9 steel up to RC 50. It ensures long life to the machine.
• The rotation and easy sliding of gears bearings gives very high reliability. Gears are internally six splined and shaft are externally splined.
• The gears are machined on shapers imported from WMW Germany and the splines are procuced with the help of spline milling machine imported from PFAUTER Germany.
• The Autofeed gear box incorporated in these machines have gears made up of NiCr Steel & of heavy 2.5 module.
• The gears are internally splined and the shafts supporting the gears are four splined.
• The shafts are supported through good quality bearings instead of bushes.
• Available with heavy duty 9 DP teeth Worm & worm gears, this Autofeed gear box is having Feed engaged through Taper Cone Mechanism that facilitate in maximum loading capacity as in the lathe machines.
